On January 24, 2020, Peoples Financial Services Corp. issued a press release announcing unaudited results of operations for the three and twelve-month periods ended December  31, 2019 and financial condition at December  31, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
