The heirs of Pepsi formula creator Richard Ritchie sued PepsiCo Inc. (PEP) on Friday, claiming the company improperly interfered with their rights to his documents, Reuters reported.
The lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court said the plaintiffs want to "tell their father's extraordinary life story without interference or the threat of litigation" from Pepsi, Reuters reported.
The report said a Pepsi spokesman couldn't immediately be reached for comment.
