Other Events.

On October 21, 2021, PDS Biotechnology Corporation issued a press release announcing the temporary administrative suspension of recruitment of the National Cancer Institute (NCI)-led Phase 2 clinical trial (NCT04287868) evaluating PDS0101 (Versamune^®-HPV16) in combination with two investigational immune-modulating agents in advanced HPV cancers.  A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
