Item 7.01

Regulation FD Disclosure.

Heartland Dental, LLC, a dental service organization, has selected one of Patterson Companies, Inc.’s competitors as its primary distribution partner effective April 1, 2021. Patterson notes that the revenue associated with Heartland Dental is immaterial to its results of operations and is expected to represent approximately 1% of Patterson’s total revenue for fiscal 2021.
