(OTCQX: OSTBP), an online retailer and advancer of blockchain technology, has qualified to trade its Voting Series B Preferred shares on the OTCQX® Best Market. Overstock.com upgraded the Series B Preferred shares to OTCQX from the OTCQB® Venture Market.    

Overstock.com's Series B Preferred shares begin trading today on OTCQX under the symbol "OSTBP."  U.S. investors can find current financial disclosures and Real-Time Level 2 quotes for the company on www.otcmarkets.com.  Overstock.com's Common Stock continues to be listed on the NASDAQ exchange.
