will make two presentations at the Roth Capital Partners New York
Conference to be held at the Westin New York at Times Square from
September 7, through September 8, 2005.
   The company's Chairman and CEO, Mr. Deepak Chopra, will present
the OSI Healthcare Group on Wednesday, September 7, at 12:00 p.m.
(9:00 a.m. PST). At 3:00 p.m. (12.00 p.m. PST) on Wednesday, September
7, 2005, Mr. Chopra will present Rapiscan Systems, the security
division of OSI.
