Item 5.02  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

(b) On July 5, 2017, OSI Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) and Mr. Pak Chin, President of the Company’s Security division, agreed that his employment with the Company will terminate on July 28, 2017.
