Fidelity® Nasdaq Composite Index® Tracking Stock Declares Quarterly Income Dividend

Fidelity Investments® announced today that the Fidelity® Nasdaq Composite Index® Tracking Stock (NASDAQ: ONEQ) will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share from net investment income. The dividend will be paid on Friday, March 27, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Tuesday, March 24, 2009. The ex-dividend date is Friday, March 20, 2009.
