OMA reports a 5.2% decrease in September 2024
passenger traffic

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mexico City, Mexico, October 7, 2024—Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (NASDAQ: OMAB; BMV: OMA), reports that terminal passenger traffic at its 13 airports decreased 5.2% in September 2024, as compared to September 2023. Domestic traffic decreased 7.1%, and international traffic increased 10.5%. Excluding Acapulco Airport, which reflects the impact of Hurricane Otis on the destination, terminal passenger traffic in its remaining 12 airports decreased 3.6% during September 2024, as compared to September 2023.

 

 

Of total passenger traffic, 99.4% was commercial, and 0.6% was general aviation.
