Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

(a)          Effective February 27, 2019, director Richard Wasielewski voluntarily resigned as a member of the board of directors (“Board”) of Nortech Systems, Inc. (“Company”) and the Board accepted his resignation.  There were no disagreements between Mr. Wasielewski and the Company.
