On July 26, 2024, Nano-X Imaging Ltd. (the “Company”) announced that Ms. So Young Shin has resigned from her position as a member of the Board of Directors due to personal reasons, and not as a result of any disagreement, effective as of July 24, 2024. The Company expresses its gratitude to Ms. Shin for her service and contributions during her tenure.
