Explanation of Responses:

The stock option shall vest in four (4) approximately equal quarterly installments, such that the option shall be fully vested on the earlier of (i) the one-year anniversary of the date of grant and (ii) the day prior to the next Issuer's annual stockholder meeting, subject to the Reporting Person's Continuous Service (as defined in the Amended and Restated 2018 Equity Incentive Plan) on each applicable vesting date.
