Newtek Business Services Corp. (“Newtek” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: NEWT), an internally managed business development company ("BDC"), today announced that it will host an Analyst and Investor Day at its Lake Success, NY office on Monday, June 24, 2019, beginning at 9:00 am ET.  A presentation will be made by Newtek’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Barry Sloane.

The live event is by invitation only. The presentation and accompanying live audio webcast will be available for all interested parties beginning at 9:15 am ET on June 24, 2019 in the ‘Events & Presentations’ section of the Investor Relations portion of Newtek’s website at http://investor.newtekbusinessservices.com/events-and-presentations.
