On September 19, 2024, NorthEast Community Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has (i) declared a special cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company’s outstanding common stock and (ii) approved an increase in the Company’s quarterly cash dividend from $0.10 per share to $0.15 per share. The increased quarterly dividend and the special cash dividend will be paid on or about November 6, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 4, 2024.

INCREASE IN QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND AND SPECIAL CASH DIVIDEND
White Plains, New York, September 19, 2024 — NorthEast Community Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (NasdaqCM: NECB) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.15 per share on its outstanding common stock. Additionally, its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the Company’s quarterly cash dividend from $0.10 per share to $0.15 per share. The increased quarterly dividend and the special cash dividend will be paid on or about November 6, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 4, 2024.
