Item 5.02           Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 1, 2024, John E. Sawyer, the appointed Chief Investment Officer of First Western Trust Bank, gave notice of his planned resignation. First Western Trust Bank is the subsidiary bank of First Western Financial, Inc. (the "Company"). Mr. Sawyer's resignation was accepted effective March 5, 2024.
