It em 8.01 Other Events.

  

On December 14, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing the fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.30 per share to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2018. The dividend will be paid to stockholders on January 15, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
