On February 17, 2012, Morningstar, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of 10 cents per share payable April 30, 2012 to shareholders of record as of April 13, 2012.  A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
