This Amendment No. 1 to Form 8-K amends the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by MidWest One Financial Group, Inc. (the "Company") with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 17, 2019 (the "Original Filing"). The Date of Report on the Original Filing, was incorrectly stated as July 16, 2018. The correct date was July 16, 2019.

There are no other changes to the Original Filing.

Item 8.01.     Other Events.

The Board of Directors of the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.2025 per common share on July 16, 2019, which is the same as the dividend paid in the prior quarter. The dividend is payable September 16, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 2, 2019. At this quarterly rate, the indicated annual cash dividend is equal to $0.81 per common share.
