Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On June 18, 2021, Mackinac Financial Corporation (the “Company”) reported its Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend of $.14 per common share, payable July 16, 2021 to shareholders of record as of July 2, 2021.

 

The Company issued a press release announcing the dividend. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
