(1)	Includes (i) 1,054 shares of restricted stock granted under the MasterCraft Boat Holdings, Inc. 2015 Incentive Award Plan (the "Plan") that will vest on August 25, 2019; (ii) 1,732 shares of restricted stock granted under the Plan that will vest in equal installments on July 20, 2019 and 2020; (iii) 1,947 shares of restricted stock granted under the Plan that will vest in equal installments on July 19, 2019, 2020 and 2021; and (iv) 73 shares of restricted stock granted under the Plan that will vest in equal installments on November 9, 2019, 2020 and 2021, in each case, subject to the reporting person's continued employment with the Company.
