Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

As previously disclosed in a Form 8-K filed by Malibu Boats, Inc. (the "Company") on November 29, 2024, Steven D. Menneto, the Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company, was appointed by the Company's Board of Directors to the role of President, effective February 7, 2025, upon Ritchie L. Anderson's departure. Information regarding Mr. Menneto can be found in the Company’s proxy statement filed on September 19, 2024.
