Item 7.01          Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On March 30, 2021, Moleculin Biotech, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") has approved its request for Fast Track Designation for its drug, Annamycin, for the treatment of soft tissue sarcoma (STS) lung metastases.
