Introductory Note

Maxeon Appoints Interim Chief Financial Officer

Ken Olson, currently Senior Vice President, Global Treasurer of Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd. (the “Company”), has been appointed interim Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), effective September 1, 2024.

Kai Strohbecke will step down as the CFO of the Company on August 31, 2024, in accordance with the Company’s Form 6-K filed on June 6, 2024.

The Company has commenced a formal search for its new CFO.
