Lead Real Estate Co., Ltd. Announces Business Alliance Agreement with Samurai Capital Co., Ltd.

Lead Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: LRE) (“LRE” or “the Company”),

 a Japanese real estate developer of luxury residential properties including single-family homes and condominiums across Tokyo, Kanagawa prefecture and Sapporo, today announced that it has entered into a business alliance agreement with Samurai Capital Co., Ltd. an ESG-conscious real estate investment company also based in Tokyo.

As per the agreement, which was signed on May 30, 2024, a trust beneficiary interest purchase agreement totaling approximately 4.1 billion Japanese yen, or about US$26.1 million, was concluded.
