announced the introduction of new wireless and dial-up products for U.S. retail
and restaurant industries.

Retail @dvantage(R) NURIT Wireless and Retail @dvantage(R) NURIT Dial products
provide processing for credit, debit and electronic benefits transfer (EBT)
cards.  The new Dial product also provides optional electronic check, as well
as gift and loyalty card processing.  These applications are designed to ensure
fast processing of multiple payment options, and help to minimize merchant
processing costs by meeting card association compliance requirements, and
