Item 8.01

Other Events.

On August 14, 2017, Avista Capital Partners, L.P., Avista Capital Partners (Offshore), L.P. and ACP-Lantern Co-Invest, LLC disposed of approximately 6.3 million shares of common stock of Lantheus Holdings, Inc. (the “ Company ”) in the aggregate, representing the remainder of their holdings in common stock of the Company. The dispositions were effected as distributions-in-kind of the Company’s common stock to the investors in those investment funds.
