Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The price at which the reporting person disposed of the Class A Common Shares has been determined in accordance with Rule 16b-6(c)(2) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, because the Class B Common Shares are a derivative security of the Class A Common Shares within the meaning of such rule. See Footnote 2.
(2)	Each Class B Common Share is convertible, at the holder's election, into one Class A Common Share at any time for no consideration other than the surrender of the Class B Common Share for the Class A Common Share.
(3)	The price at which the reporting person acquired the Class B Common Shares has been determined in accordance with Rule 16b-6(c)(2) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, because the Class B Common Shares are a derivative security of the Class A Common Shares within the meaning of such rule.
