On November 9, 2016, Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. (the “Company”) held a conference call summarizing the Company’s financial highlights and the most important financial metrics in the third quarter ended September 30, 2016, followed by a “questions and answers” section. A copy of the conference call transcript is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
