REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

On May 11, 2015, Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. (the “Company”) held a conference call summarizing the Company’s financial highlights and the most important financial metrics in the first quarter of 2015 followed by a “questions and answers” section. A copy of the conference call script is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
