On November 15, 2016 , Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fourth fiscal quarter ended October 1, 2016 and for its fiscal year ended October 1, 2016 . A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report, and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02 as if fully set forth herein.
