On March 10, 2021, Kewaunee Scientific Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter, ended January 31, 2021, of fiscal year 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

The Company is making reference to non-GAAP financial information in the press release. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures is contained in the attached press release.
