Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 21, 2017, IES Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced that Mr. Thomas E. Santoni, Senior Vice President, Operations of the Company, would be terminating his employment with the Company effective as of September 15, 2017.
