Global professional services firm Huron (NASDAQ: HURN) today announced that Stephanie Baker, William Bonner, Amanda Bonser, Tonia Breckenridge, Timothy Dobkins, Lynne Mahony, Ryan McHugh, Jennifer Pavelec, Jonathan Saylors and Tassos Siatras have been promoted to the role of managing director.

Baker is a managing director with Studer Group, a Huron solution. A registered nurse for 30 years, Baker has served partners in large, integrated health systems. Her focus areas include emergency, trauma and critical care.

Bonner is a managing director in higher education. He has more than 11 years of experience supporting business transformation, service delivery and technology implementations for large universities and medical centers. Bonner specializes in process redesign for human resources, payroll, benefits and research administration functions.

Bonser is a managing director in healthcare. She has spent more than 12 years improving the business and operational efficiency of commercial and federal healthcare organizations, and has valuable experience in revenue cycle improvements, CBO consolidation, workforce optimization modeling and change management. Bonser also co-sponsors the employee resource group for women at Huron.

Breckenridge is a managing director with Studer Group, a Huron solution. She has nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in finance, ancillary support services and leading national systems. Breckenridge has coached multiple organizations to reduce turnover, improve Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) ratings and increase patient perception of care.

Dobkins is a managing director in healthcare. He has worked with various health systems to improve revenue cycles, with a special focus in patient access and patient satisfaction improvement.

Mahony is a managing director with Studer Group, a Huron solution. She has worked with regional health systems and academic medical centers in the areas of coaching and improving leadership, with a focus on system communication.

McHugh is a managing director in higher education. He has more than 16 years of experience serving research universities, academic medical centers and hospitals with process improvement, shared services and IT needs. He specializes in implementation, and optimization of large programs in the financial, research and enterprise performance management spaces.

Pavelec is a managing director in higher education. She has more than 15 years of experience within higher education, specializing in research services and software implementation. Her areas of expertise include strategic and transformational efforts in clinical and research environments, operational compliance, and financial and administrative systems.

Saylors is a managing director in healthcare. He has more than 13 years of healthcare experience working with multi-facility providers on strategic reengineering, consolidation, mergers and acquisitions. He also has extensive experience with operational improvement work in hospitals, physician organizations and academic medical centers.

Siatras is a managing director in enterprise solutions and analytics. His focus is on large-scale technology-enabled finance and operational transformation programs across the financial services, energy, retail and public sector industries.
