On March 21, 2017, Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has received regulatory approval from the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the California Department of Business Oversight for its acquisition of Heritage Oaks Bancorp. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
