Horizon Bancorp (NASDAQ: HBNC) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in its quarterly dividend from 14 cents to 15 cents per share. This represents a 7.1% increase and a dividend yield of 2.47% based on the price per share of $24.26 as of the close of business on September 15, 2015, the date on which the Board approved the increase. The dividend will be paid on October 16, 2015 to shareholders of record on October 2, 2015.
