Explanation of Responses:
(1)	On November 9, 2020, the board of directors of Greenland Technologies Holding Corporation adopted written resolutions to approve the issuance of 120,000 ordinary shares to Raymond Z. Wang to offset unpaid salary to him in the amount of US$120,833.33. Pursuant to the resolutions, on December 30, 2020, Greenland Technologies Holding Corporation issued 69,000 ordinary shares to Raymond Z. Wang.
