Gravity Announces Listing Transfer to the NASDAQ Global Market

Seoul, South Korea – August 27, 2018 – GRAVITY Co., Ltd. (NasdaqCM: GRVY) (“Gravity” or “Company”), a developer and publisher of online and mobile games based in South Korea, today announced that it received a positive determination from the Listing Qualifications department of The NASDAQ Stock Market (“NASDAQ”) on August 23, 2018, granting approval of the Company’s request to transfer its listing to The NASDAQ Global Market® (“Global Market”) from The NASDAQ Capital Market® (“Capital Market”). The Company’s American Depository Shares (“ADS”) will begin trading on Global Market effective at the start of trading on Tuesday, August 28, 2018. The Company’s ADSs will continue to trade under the symbol “GRVY”.
