Gladstone Commercial Corporation (Nasdaq:GOOD) (the "Company") reported today that it executed new leases at its Akron, Ohio office property, continuing the 100% occupancy of the building for the next five years with Flexsys America L.P. and Howden North America, Inc. (guaranteed by parent Colfax Corp.). Both leases will mature in 2020.
