Gladstone Commercial Corporation Announces Exercise of Option to Purchase Additional Shares

Gladstone Commercial Corporation (Nasdaq:GOOD) (the "Company") announced that, in connection with its common stock offering completed June 6, 2014, the underwriters of the offering exercised and simultaneously closed their option to purchase an additional 210,000 shares of common stock from the Company. The Company received an additional $3.4 million in net proceeds from the sale of these shares after deducting the underwriting discount. Inclusive of the exercise to purchase the additional shares, the total estimated net proceeds to the Company from this offering were $25.9 million. Jefferies LLC and Janney Montgomery Scott LLC served as the joint book-running managers for the offering, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons, LLC and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. served as co-managers.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to fund pending and future property acquisitions, repay existing indebtedness and for other general corporate purposes.
