Item 5.02.    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

As of July 11, 2022, Shane Cruz, who had been serving as Chief Operating Officer of GoHealth, Inc. (the “Company”), accepted a new position within the Company as Chief Strategy Officer. As the Chief Strategy Officer, Shane will help develop and execute the long-term vision and plan of the Company. At this time, a replacement for the Chief Operating Officer has not been determined.
