Resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Director

 

Mr. Cliff (Ming Hang) Chong, the chief financial officer of Globalink Investment Inc., a company formed under the laws of Delaware (the “Company”), notified the Company of his resignation as the chief financial officer and a Class III director of the Company, effective March 31, 2023.

 

The Company is searching for a director and chief financial officer nominee to replace the vacancy created by Mr. Cliff (Ming Hang) Chong’s resignation.
