The total offering was $5.0 million and shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on Friday, April 5, 2019. Guardion has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 187,500 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions, to cover over-allotments, if any.
