On June 24, 2022, Guardforce AI Co., Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had closed the acquisition of Beijing Wanjia Security System Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Yeantec Co., Limited. A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
