Closing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement

 

On April 5, 2022, Guardforce AI Co., Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release relating to the expansion of its Robotic Solutions applications. A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
