Explanation of Responses:
(1)	At the time of Appointment, the Board of Directors approved a maximum grant of 50,000 shares of common stock to be issued to Mr. Wei on a semi-annual basis.
(2)	These shares are granted pursuant to the 2021 Restricted Stock Plan and will vest on April 12, 2023, provided the Reporting Person remains in employment with the issuer on vesting date. On vesting date, the Reporting Person will have the opportunity to pay required tax liability using a portion of these shares common stock.
