Due to an inadvertent clerical error, the address listed in Guaranty Bancorp’s (“Guaranty”) Notice of Special Meeting of Stockholders and Proxy Statement, each dated August 15, 2018, at which Guaranty’s special meeting of stockholders will be held was incorrect.
