Gaia Sets First Quarter 2024 Conference Call for Monday, May 6, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. ET

Gaia, Inc. (NASDAQ: GAIA) (“Gaia” and/or the “Company”), a conscious media and community company, will conduct a conference call on Monday, May 6, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time (2:30 p.m. Mountain time) to discuss its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024. The company will report its financial results in a press release prior to the call.

Additionally, Gaia announced pricing updates for new members. Effective at the end of March 2024, the company has increased prices in its Euro and Great British Pound markets. In the coming 90 days, Gaia also expects to implement similar pricing adjustments for new members in its remaining markets.

Gaia management will host the first quarter 2024 conference call, followed by a question and answer period.
