(3)	The Issuer has eliminated Series C Liberty SiriusXM Common Stock as an investment alternative available under the Issuer's 401(k) Plan. Subsequently, in March 2023, the 39,650 shares of Series C Liberty SirusXM Common Stock the reporting person beneficially owned under the Plan were liquidated.
