First Merchants Corporation declared a cash dividend on May 10, 2023 of $0.34 per share. The dividend is payable on June 16, 2023, to shareholders of record as of June 2, 2023. For purposes of broker trading, the ex-date of the cash dividend is June 1, 2023.
