ITEM 8.01		Other Events.

On July 20, 2017, Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its response to the statement by the UK’s Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport in connection with the Company’s proposed acquisition of the outstanding shares of Sky plc that the Company does not already own. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
